See below some frequently asked questions…
What are your hours of operation:
For the RESTAURANT:
Monday - Friday: Breakfast - 7 AM - 11 AM / Lunch: 11 AM - 2 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Breakfast ONLY - 7 AM - 12 PM
For ICE CREAM/CONVENIENCE:

Do you take credit cards?
No, we take CASH, VENMO & ZELLE and we have an ATM on premise.
Can I make a reservation for the restaurant?
No, we do not take reservations, it is first come basis, busy times there is a wait list.
Is my dog allowed inside?
While we LOVE animals, unless you have a legit service animal, the answer is no. Some customers may have allergies and we want to be respectful of that.
Can we get Pancakes to-go?
That depends, when we are busy, we want to make sure we can serve the folks in the restaurant, so sometimes we need to take a break from to-go orders altogether, and there are times when we can only offer breakfast sandwiches to-go. Our grill is small and our pancakes are BIG, so we have to make hard choices that might not be popular, but we greatly appreciate your understanding of this!
Can we sit by the river and order food?
Sorry, the tables by the river are meant to enjoy ice cream, we do have some tables out front that we can serve as the weather permits, but please do not ask to be served by the river, it’s just not an option… we hope you understand!
Do you sell t-shirts?
YES! We do! See our merch page for current offerings and past designs!
Do you sell gift cards?
YES! We do! We offer the following: $5, $10, $25, $50 cards, they are available at the ice cream counter for purchase.
Do you make your own ice cream?
While that would be cool, we could never keep up, we just sell a lot of that sweet creamy stuff, so we source from the best vendors to bring you great new and seasonal flavors!
What if I have a nut allergy? Can you serve me?
We take this very seriously, so for the safety of those with nut allergies we proudly carry Rich’s products, which are made in a nut-free facility. Anything else in the store is a risk, so cannot be served due to cross contamination, there are nuts all over the place and even things without nuts could be produced in a facility that processes them.
